In 2000, the Police Department changed from a manual record keeping system to a computerized record keeping system. The Police Department is dispatched to calls, both emergency and non-emergency, by the Cambria County Department of Emergency Services Center (911 Center) in Ebensburg, Pa. The 911 center receives and dispatches calls for all Police agencies in Cambria County.
